Three Decades of Impact
Early Career
Assistant Teacher and Vice Sport Organiser at Motlamogale Primary School. Completed IBM Computer Operators course from Intelligent Ideas.
Community Leadership
Founder and General Secretary of Ratanang Community Project. Began building roots in community development and upliftment.
Retail & Franchise Management
Branch Manager at Skonkwane S.A. (PTY) LTD across multiple branches — Dun Donald, Matsulu, and Kanyamazane. Completed Retail Management Diploma (Hardware Academy) and Train the Trainer course. First Employment Equity implementation plan at Skonkwane Kanyamazane.
Skills Development Begins
Submitted first Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) to Services SETA. Textbooks Warehouse Supervisor for Department of Education. Joined Good People Management (GPM) International as SMME Mentor and Coach. Completed Outcome Based Assessments (Assessor course). Winner of Best SMME Mentor and Coach at GPM.
Borderless Activities Registered
Qualified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF). Registered Assessor and Moderator with WRSETA and Services SETA. Facilitated Wholesale Operations Learnership for 25 learners. Completed Learning Material Design and Development course. In 2007, Borderless Activities was registered with CIPC.
GTZ & National Projects
Facilitator of Entrepreneurial Development Practitioners (EDP) for the Department of Labour and German Corporation (GTZ). Project Manager for GTZ-EDP coaching and mentorship. Developed complete New Venture Creation NQF Level 4 learning materials. First QMS ISO 9001:2008 developed for a client at Eskom.
Soccer World Cup & First Office
Signed first lease agreement at Nelcity G7A for formal consulting as Mahlatse Consulting. Awarded Mbombela Host City Volunteer Training for the FIFA Soccer World Cup in South Africa. First tender for SDF work and career guide distribution.
SETA Contracts & Accreditation
ISDF tender with WRSETA covering Lowveld, Highveld, and Highveld South regions. First successful accreditation submission for a client with Services SETA. Contract with Services SETA for accreditation evaluation, external moderation, extension of scope, and re-accreditation.
Growth & diversification
Sector Liaison project for WRSETA across Highveld South. Developed successful accreditation for first client with CATHSSETA. Training contracts with SEDA for Business Plan Development and Entrepreneurship. Launched Kiss Beverages (Pty) Ltd — a carbonated cool drinks manufacturing company.
Digital Transformation
Transitioned to online consulting services. QCTO Accreditation processes, Learning Material Development, and application uploading. Development of first QMS for BCMS (ISO 9001:22301) addressing business continuity during COVID-19.
